Over eight one-hour classes, you’ll explore:

  • Duration: 8 classes (1 hour each)

  • Start Date: Tuesday, January 6, 2026

  • Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 pm

  • Location: Kaizenkan Aikido Dojo · 67 35th Street, Brooklyn
